Important to remember:

Warning triangles must conform to ECE Regulation R27. Among other things, this regulation stipulates exact minimum values for the brightness of reflectors and daytime visibility. However, visibility is not the only criterion. An ECE-R27 warning triangle must be able to  withstand windspeeds of 60 km/h for 3 minutes so that it does not get blown over by a strong wind.
